| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员作为基层的思想政治工作者,要结合大学生思想政治教育实际,认真学习、坚决贯彻落实立德树人的根本任务。又要对学生思想政治教育工作充满事业心和责任感,真心关爱学生的成长成才,认真探索学生工作的科学规律和创新模式,以从事教育事业、从事党的思想政治教育工作为荣,成为学生的良师益友。
