| Abstract: | The thought from traditional people's richness to modern country's prosperity condensed the exploration of Kang Youwei's lifetime in search for the road to national prosperity. As a reformer in Reform Movement of 1898, he merged the content of western prosperity into the traditional thought of people's richness. After reformation, as a thinker, he based the foundation of country's prosperity on materials and took finance's management as a way to save the country. He showed concern for social crisis and cherished the future of country's prosperity. |
