摘    要:文章论述了大学精神气质的内涵,并以少数成都大学学子身上一直以来存在的自卑现象和形成原因为例,说明成都大学进一步发展壮大必须正视的一个软肋;从"道"、"术"两个层面提出了解决问题的思路。

Abstract:f: This article discusses the contents of the university ethos,and through an analysis of the phenomenon and cause of low self-esteem a small number of students from Chengdu University have always shown,points out a weakness Chengdu University must overcome during its further development and growth,and puts forward problem-solving ideas either ideologically or methodologically.
