高黎贡山傈僳族传统森林资源管理初步研究

高黎贡山位于中国云南西部中缅边境地区 ,是傈僳族的主要分布地区。傈僳族在其发展历史中不断迁徙 ,在森林中刀耕火种、狩猎、采集 ,形成了万物有灵的原始宗教和朴素的森林生态观 ,他们以传统道德、习惯法、头人管理等方式管理森林资源。他们传统的森林利用与管理有其合理性 ,也有其局限性。该文对高黎贡山傈僳族管理森林的传统方式进行初步探讨 ,并结合这种传统管理与当今的现实情况 ,对今后傈僳族森林管理提出初步建议

Preliminary Study on the Traditional Forest Resources Management of Lisu People in the Gaoligong Mountain

Gaoligong Mountain lies in the west of Yunnan Province which borders Burma. It's the major distribution area of Lisu nationality. Lisu people constantly migrated in their history. They took slash|and|burn cultivation, hunted and collected in forest. They gradually developed their primitive religion and naive concept of forest ecosystem. They managed their forest by their traditional morality, customary laws and headman power. There are both rationalities and limitations about the traditional way which they use and manage forest resources. This paper deals with the traditional forest management of Lisu people who live in the Gaoligong Mountain. Combining their traditional management with the present condition, the paper gives some suggestions to forest management of Lisu people in the future.
