| 摘 要： | 电影衍生品产业是发达国家电影产业的重要收入来源与成功模式,而我国电影衍生品市场的极度不完善,盗版及相关知识产权保护制度的欠缺是制约我国电影衍生品产业发展的瓶颈之一。电影衍生品产业中涉及的知识产权主要是商品化权,确立商品化权,提高知识产权保护水平是促进我国电影衍生品产业发展的重要途径。
