基于少子高龄化的日本社会保障制度研究

日本社会保障制度历经了近半个世纪的发展与演变。然而，近年日趋加剧的人口少子高龄化给社会保障制度带来了许多问题与挑战。本文首先分析了日本少子高龄化以及社会保障制度，其次评价了日本政府的社会保障制度改革措施以及面临的新问题，最后对人口少子高龄化的日本社会保障制度建设提出了几点政策建议，并对今后中国的改革提供了一些有益的启示。

A Study of Japanese Social Security System Based on Aging Population and Low Birthrate

Social security system has gone through nearly half a century＇s development and evolution, yet increasingly low birthrate and aging population have brought about many problems and challenges. First of all, this paper probes into the characteristics of Japanese social security system, and evaluates the policy and measures that Japanese government has adopted in order to resolve the current problem. Secondly, the paper briefly points out the tough problem Japanese government should settle so as to improve its social security system. Finally, the paper comes up with some constructive suggestion concerned with the countermeasures Japanese government is supposed to take.
