占统治(即占主体)地位的生产关系是马克思“经济基础”范畴的内在含义。社会主义初级阶段非主体地位的生产关系(经济成分)与以往私有制社会、与“过渡时期”非主体地位的生产关系有质的不同;“一大二公”的解体;社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度的确立以及政治、思想上层建筑理论的变革都说明,初级阶段非主体地位的生产关系属于初级阶段“经济基础”范畴是合理的、必要的。逻辑和历史应该是一致的。

The Consistence of History and Logic--A Review of "Economic Basis" of the initial Stages of Socialism

The production relations which occupies a dominating position in a society is the implication of Marx's "economic basis".The production relations(or economic element) of the initial period of socialism,which is not the dominating element,is essentially different from that of the social forms of private ownership of the past,or the non-dominating production relations of the intermediate society.The dissolution of the communal social form is characterized as large in size and collective in nature.The establishment of the economic system of the initial stages of socialism and the political and ideological change prove that it is reasonable and necessary to classify the non-principal relations of the initial stages of socialism as the category of "economic basis" of the initial stage.
