| Abstract: | The enterprise system and the market system interact with each other.The enterprise system is subjected to the development of the market system,and its construction should go together with the establishement and perfection of the modern market system.Only on the basis of eliminating various kinds of administrative monopoly,can enterprise system be set up and promoted in China.This dissertation provides the notion of the marketization of modern enterprise system. |
