| 摘 要： | 1801-1814年是美国建国初期对外关系发展的重要阶段。这一阶段发生的一系列重大外交事件，不仅对华盛顿提出的中立外交政策提出新的挑战，而且使美国对外关系发展的重点逐渐从被动防御转向主动进取，此后，美国逐渐走上了向外扩张的道路。

| Abstract: | The period from 1801 to 1814 was an essential early stage for the development of foreign relations of the U S A A series of important foreign affairs in this periods were new challenges to the foreign policy of neutrality and made the development of foreign relations of the U S A from a passive one to an active one and then an expansion-oriented one. A further study of this period will help us have a better understanding of the development of the foreign relations of the U.S.A and will be of much practical and historical value. |
