| 摘 要： | 工程伦理是一门实践性强、要素多、关系复杂、专业性突出的伦理学分支。在后发地区,工程建设的数量越来越多,规模越来越大,技术因素日益复杂,新门类不断涌现,但作为规范工程建设的伦理道德却显得十分赢弱,表现出弱化、边缘化、差异化、非持续化以及模糊化等特点。这对工程伦理建设提出诸多难题,但又是必须正视的问题。
