多校区高校工会维权工作难点与对策分析

文章对多校区高校工会维权工作难点进行了分析,提出"三新"的维权新思路,即维权意识要有新认知、维权内容要有新拓展和维权方式要有新转变。并针对性地提出完善组织体系,维权贴近教工;积极寻求支持,维权形成合力;突现工会职能,维权民主科学;建信息化平台,维权模式创新等四项应对措施,期望帮助多校区高校教职工对维权意识要有正确认知,形成一个相对一致的趋向,为多校区高校科学发展提供一个强有力的支持。

Analysis of Challenges and Their Countermeasures in Rights Safeguard of Trade Unions in Multi-campus Universities

The paper analyzes the challenges in rights safeguard of trade unions in multi-campus universities,and advocates a new perspective of rights safeguard called "Three Renewals",namely,new recognition of rights safeguard awareness,new development of rights safeguard connotations,and new changes in rights safeguard models.In accordance with the new perspective,the paper presents four countermeasures: improving the organization framework to assure rights safeguard accessible to the staff;seeking support to foster a joint effort of rights safeguard;enhancing the function of trade union to promote democratic and rational approach of rights safeguard;establishing information platform to innovate models of rights safeguard.The paper aims to help the staff of multi-campus universities formulate a rational recognition of rights safeguard awareness and maintain a relatively consistent comprehension of rights safeguard,and hopefully provide a forceful support for the scientific development of multi-campus universities.
