| 摘 要： | 我国现存的民事再审事由存在着一定的漏洞和缺失,这不利于我国的司法公正,因此,有必要借鉴其他国家的先进立法,以完善我国的再审事由。

New Commentary on Reasons for Retrial of Civil Cases |

| Abstract: | The reasons for retrial of civil cases in our country have some loopholes and shortages which are not good for legal fairness in our country. Therefore,it is necessary to refer to the advanced legislation of other countries to improve the reasons for such retrial in our country. |
