| 摘 要： | 康德对＂权利＂概念的规定,构成了他的＂权利科学＂的基础性环节。康德从权利概念的内涵、权利的普遍原则以及权利性质的划分三个方面对权利给予了基本的规定。这一规定为后来集中讨论权利科学奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Kant's defination of RIGHTS formed the basic link of his Rights Science.He gave the basic regulations to RIGHTS from the connotation of the defination,the common principles of rights and the divisions of rights nature.This paved the way for the later question and discussion of rights science. |
