二元经济结构的实证分析:一个区域差距的视角

以经典二元经济理论为基础,在地区差距的视角下,采用比较劳动生产率、二元对比系数等指标,对湖北省20余年来经济发展的结构特征予以评价,研究发现湖北二元经济具有阶段性特征,总体上呈现日趋的严重性。加快农业剩余劳动力的转移,提高城市化水平;制度革新,以破除人口流迁的中间环节以及城市准入的壁垒;产业结构调整和转换就业结构,引导劳动力进入服务业部门,可以有效地改变城乡二元经济结构,从而实现“中部崛起”,推动湖北城乡的统筹发展。

An Exemplified Analysis of Dualistic Economic Structure: on the Perspective of Regional Disparity

The dualistic economic structure is an inevitable phenomenon of the modern economic structure transition in developing country.Based on classical dual economy theory as well as the dualism-based contrasting indices,this paper measures and analyzes the structural characteristics of economic development in Hubei province over the past twenty years.A conclusion is reached that the periodical fluctuation characteristics of dual economy are becoming rigorous.Thus,with the purpose of enhancing the rural-urban dual development of Hubei and realizing the strategy of "Rise of Mid-China",some suggestions have been put forward as transferring surplus agricultural labor rapidly to increase urbanization,renovating institution to eliminate the intermediate link and city admittance bulwark to population migration,and adjusting industry to induct labor employment to the service sector.
