| 摘 要： | 信息法律关系是依据信息法而产生的特殊的法律关系,在经济全球化与知识经济时代日益受到关注。根据法理学的基本原理,信息法律关系由信息法律关系的主体、信息法律关系的客体以及信息法律关系的内容三要素构成,这不可分割的三要素在信息法律关系中具有特殊的意义。
