| 摘 要： | 企业组织形式的选择是农村集体企业改制过程中必须面对并要解决的问题,通过对企业组织形式的历史演变及现行法律制度下的相关法律规定进行分析,建议在农村集体企业改制过程中选择企业组织形式时应充分认识各种企业组织形式之间的区别,从自身的经济基础条件出发,依法选择企业组织形式。

| Abstract: | The issue of selecting enterprise form is unavoidable and must be settled during the rural collective enterprises' system reforming. After discussing the evolution of the enterprise form and relative statutes in force, the article suggests that the rural collective enterprises should distinguish different enterprise forms and legally select the enterprise form based on their economic foundations during its system reforming. |
