| 摘 要： | 三峡工程的百万移民随着二期工程的结束,"搬得出"难题已经基本破解,对口支援在移民搬迁中发挥了巨大作用.而库区事关移民"稳得住,逐步能致富"发展大局的后期扶持工作,更是离不开全国各地的对口支援.本文在深入三峡库区一部分地区调研的基础上,提出了三峡库区借助新阶段对口支援战略促进后期扶持、建设和谐库区的一些对策建议.

| Abstract: | Hand in hand aid policy has played an important role in the 1st and the 2nd groups of Three Gorges reservoir resettlement.To improve the migrants' life standard and construct a harmonious reservoir area need aids from other areas. This paper, based on the practical study, attempts to analyze the hand in hand aid policy at the later supporting stage and put forward some countermeasures. |
