| Abstract: | Psycholinguistic studies of language processing and production suggest that language is stored and retrieved as a fairly constant number of prefabricated chunks to a surprising degree. These chunks,what we call lexical phrases,in the same way can serve as processing and retrieval units in the process of translating. |
