发展个性思维 培养创新人才

面对即将来临的知识经济时代，培养创新能力成为国家和民族未来发展的关键。高等教育担负着培养高素质创新人才的重要使命。但我国高等教育存在着许多不利于学生创造力培养的问题。本文认为，最为突出的问题是限制学生个性思维发展，从而抑制了学生创造力的发挥。本文讨论了这些问题，并提出了对策性的建议。

Develop Individual Thinking and Train Creative Talents

With the coming of the new age of knowledge economy, the training of creative ability is a key factor to the future development of a nation .Higher education is taking an important mission to train high quality talents. But, many problems and links are hindering the development of individual thinking in higher education in our county, which limits the display of individual creative abilities. This paper deals with them and puts foreword some countermeasure suggestions.
