| 摘 要： | 文章认为物质的质量由动态质量和静态质量构成。动态质量由物质的外部运动决定;静态质量由物质的内部运动决定。质量可作为物质量的一般量度。最后进一步讨论了质量的稳定性和动量、能量的能动性。

| Abstract: | In this papers anther consider that mass expressed by the static mass and the danamic mass. The static mass is by internal motion of matter. The danamic mass is decided by external motion of matter. Mass is generally measure as quantity of matter. In the last place auther discuss stabitity of mass,activity of energy and momentum. |
