| 摘 要： | 创办中小商业企业是改革开放后我国许多人的发家致富之道.由于商业行业的政府管理较少,创办容易,造成这一领域的市场化程度高,竞争激烈.本文拟对企业家在创业时期必须解决的几个经营管理问题,即创业选择、家族式管理、经营地址的选择等进行解析.

| Abstract: | It has been a way of getting rich to start a medium-sized or small business since China' s reform and opening up to the outside world. Due to little governmental administration, it is easy to start this kind of businesses. But as a result, this field is highly market-oriented and intensively competitive. This paper is an analysis of some problems of business and management in starting such a business, including the choice of the business lines, familial management, the choice of the location of the business. |
