| 摘 要： | 由于特定历史原因 ,除个别时期外 ,1 949— 1 976年中国的技术观在很大程度上是毛泽东技术观的体现。毛泽东技术观的演进 ,不仅直接影响着新中国技术政策的制定 ,而且也规定着中国技术发展路径的选择。在不同的历史时期内 ,毛泽东的技术观随国内、国际形势的变化而有所差异 ,但政治统帅技术基本上是其技术观的根本点。受此影响 ,建国后毛泽东的技术观呈现出矛盾性、从属性和突变性等特点。

| Abstract: | Due to some specifically historical reasons, the view of technology prevailing in China from 1949 to 1976 mostly embodied the Mao Zedong Thoughts on technology, only with the exception of minor periods. Both the formulation of China's technical policies and the choices in its technical development were directly influenced by his view of technology. Along with the development of situation at home and abroad, Mao's thoughts on technology somewhat differed in various periods, but its core still came from the point of view that "politics must command technology." Under such influence, contradiction, subordination and sudden changes were shown in his thoughts. |
