| 摘 要： | 江苏省苏北地区农村专业合作组织的类型多种多样,利益联结机制也各有不同。当前农村专业合作组织普遍存在规模小、组织松散、法人资格不明确、发展环境不够宽松、内部利益联结机制不紧密等问题,必须从政府的经济政策和专业合作组织内部组织制度建设等方面入手,以促进苏北地区农村专业合作组织的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Developing rural professional cooperative organizations is an important carrier for raising peasants' organizations to higher levels and boosting agricultural rural industrialization and scalization.While many problems remain in the present rural professional cooperative organizations,like small scale,loose organization,unclear corporative title,overmuch intervention from administrative departments,comparatively tight developing environment and coarse inside systems,reforms should be carried out on the aspects of ideological acknowledge, management systems,economic policies and systematical constructions,to promote the healthy development of rural professional cooperative organizations. |
