The effectiveness of organizational knowledge stores reveals both the efficiency and efficacy of an organization's value creation as a result of the economic activities to make fully use of its knowledge resource matchable to its strategic objectives, (i.e.), an aggregate of the "useful knowledge" that has accumulated. Analyzing the dilemma over "information overloading" and "starving for knowledge", the definition of the effectiveness of knowledge stores is discussed with the way expounded to evaluate it, and the influencing factors on the effectiveness are found via analyzing the accumulation process of knowledge. Some measures are therefore suggested to take to improve the effectiveness so as to improve further the effectiveness of organizational knowledge stores.
