创新物流企业融资渠道研究

目前，我国物流企业的经营设施和技术水平与发达国家相比，以及与国家经济发展的要求相比都有很大的差距。为了适应国际竞争的需要，必须大胆创新融资渠道，加大金融支持力度，大力发展现代物流企业。阐述当前我国物流企业融资的现状，提出大力发展资本融资；开拓实物型、技术型融资业务；积极发展票据性融资业务；成立面向物流企业的发展基金和风险基金；建立物流企业集团财务公司融资；积极向金融机构借款融资；争取发行企业债券融资等融资渠道创新措施，以期解决困扰我国物流企业快速发展的瓶颈问题。

On Creating Logistics Enterprises Financing Channels

There is a long way to go for Chinese logistics enterprises operating facilities and technical levels to catch those of the developed nations,and to meet demands of the State and of the economic development.To meet the needs of international competition,innovative financing channels must be dug.Financial support increase,modern logistics enterprises vigorously developed.The current Chinese logistics enterprises' current financing situation,the vigorous development of the capital financing;the technology-based financing;financing business;logistics-oriented enterprise development fund and risk fund;the establishment of logistics enterprise groups finance companies financing;actively borrowing money from financial institutions financing;and the issuance of enterprise bonds and other financing channels for financing innovative measures with a view to resolving the problem in China's logistics enterprises in the rapid development of the bottleneck problem,are talked about.
