中国传统哲学的气论自然观与中医理论体系——兼论中西医学差异的自然观基础

医学与哲学自然观及思维方式有着密切的关系,后者决定医学的不同的态及基本特征。中国传统哲学的气论自然观规定了中国传统科技特别是中医学重整体的基本特征。西方传统哲学的以分析为思维路径的原子论自然观决定了西医的重视局部的基本特征。两种医学体系并没有正确与错误之分,而是具有互补性。中医重整体,西医重局部;中医重功能,西医重结构;中医长无形,西医长有形;中医主运动,西医主静止。人类的卫生保健事业应该发挥中西医学各自不同的侧重与优势,而不是走西医中化或中医西化的道路。

The View of the Nature by the Theory of Qi in China''''s Traditional Philosophy and the Theoretical System of Chinese Traditional Medicine- Also on the Basis of View of the Nature in the Differences between Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

There is a close relationship between medicine and philosophical view of the Nature and thinking mode,the latter determines the different status and basic characteristics of medicine.The theory of Qi in Chinas traditional philosophy regulates the characteristics of Chinas traditional science and technology,especially that of Chinese traditional medicine which lays importance to the whole.Western traditional philosophy,with its view of the Nature from the angle of atomism by analytical thinking mode,determines the basic characteristic of western medicine which lays importance to the elemental parts.There are no difference as to the right or the wrong in the two medical systems,instead,they can be compensation to each other.Viewing the differences,it can be observed that the focus of Chinese medicine is the whole,and that of the western medicine is the parts;that Chinese medicine stresses on function,while western medicine focuses on structure;Chinese medicine is good at immateriality,while western medicine is good at materiality;Chinese medicine advocating movement,but western medicine advocating static status.For the cause of human healthcare,the different emphasis and advantages by Chinese medicine and western medicine should be exerted instead of taking a route of westernization of Chinese medicine or the vice versa.
