The emergence and evolution of the network-technology provides an effective way for the cultural dissemination, the youth shape their unique culture under the strong influence of the modern net-technology, and concrete contents of the culture are unfolding as follows: unstable, similar, and superficial. The essay vividly explores the general manifestation of the youth culture in the net-community through probing into the specific characteristics of the net-media and the fine differences between the network and traditional communities, and finally gives some diagnoses to the problems from the point of view of the sociology.
