我国社会内部蕴藏着巨大的风险,成为构建和谐社会的严重障碍.社会风险有广义与狭义之分,狭义的社会风险是我国面临的主要风险.严重的社会不公现象以及我国转型期的社会变化是我国社会风险存在的原因.社会风险既是社会不和谐的表现,又是社会不和谐的原因所在,党中央提出构建社会主义和谐社会,抓住了防范和化解社会风险的关键.

Social risks are both manifestation and cause of inharmoniousness in society.This article attempts to analyse the main risks present-day society is facing,and point out the causes of these social risks.The author of this article believes that the building of harmonious socialist society is an important measure the Central Committee of the Party has adopted to guard against and reduce social risks.
