摘    要:以某类型进口单张胶印机输墨装置为研究对象,通过matlab编程和建模,分析输墨系统中桥辊连接对胶印机输墨性能的影响,并结合相关实验进行验证。通过计算机模型仿真和印刷实验验证,结果表明:胶印机输墨系统中桥辊的合理运用对缩短水墨平衡的时间,减少过版纸的使用有一定的作用。同时,通过印刷实验可以看出桥辊连接后各色的实地密度有所提高。

Abstract:Based on the inking device of an imported sheet-fed offset press,via MatLab programming and modeling,together with relevant tests validation,the effects of intermediate roller connection on the inking function of offset press are analysed. Through computer model simulation and printing test validation,it is proved reasonable use of intermediate roller in inking devise has positive effects on deducting ink balance time and hectograph paper using.On the other hand,printing test shows solid density of each color can be improved by the intermediate roller connection.
