| 摘 要： | 在七兑票时期的商埠城市、条约口岸汕头 ,由发行七兑货币的地方金融业商人组成的金融行会 ,通过一系列行会制度的制定和运作 ,使银庄七兑货币的信用高居于官方银行、山西票号、外资银行的货币之上 ,从而掌握了地方货币控制权。

| Abstract: | In the business port and treaty city of Shantou of the Qidui paper note period, the financial guild, which is organized by the local businessmen that issued Qidui paper note,is in control of the local monetary by establishment and running of a series of guild institutions,making the credit of Qidui paper note higher than the money issued by government banks,Shangxi Banks and foreign banks. |
