| 摘 要： | 教育伦理学不仅要积极构建适应现代教育的教育伦理理论体系和规范体系，而且要深入研究教育伦理理论及其规范向教育德性现实转化的实践机制。这种旨在提高现代教育道德水准的实践机制，主要从构建教育伦理之外在保证体系和完善教育伦理之内在动力系统两方面做出努力。前者涵盖了加强教育伦理学科建设，强化教育伦理制度建设及注重教育伦理环境建设的完整视阈；后者包括了弘扬教育道德的主体性，发挥教育道德的激励功能和促进教育良心形成的路径选择。
