| 摘 要： | 基于新经济地理的研究框架，研究了要素地域空间集合所产生的规模报酬递增和正反馈效应以及由此带来的要素集聚的自我强化和发达地区的优势继续提升，进而阐述了影响工业集聚效应的构成要素；特别地研究了构成河南旅游区域合作的旅游产品要素、人力资源要素、运输成本要素以及政府政策等。在上述分析的基础上，提出了打造河南旅游区域合作的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The article studies increasing returns to scale and positive feedback effects generated by geograph- ical space collection of elements as well as the resultant concentration of self-reinforcing elements based on based on the framework of the new economic geography and it then describes the constituent elements influen- cing industrial agglomeration effect. On this basis, the study constitutes Henan Tourism regional cooperation element of tourism products, human resources elements, elements of transportation costs, as well as factors such as government policies. The paper puts forward suggestions on strategies of regional cooperation of tourism in Henan Province. |
