| Abstract: | The Western development must be in line with the protection of the western ecologic environment. Based on the existing law, the law for the Western development should be improved, the whole society should be aware of the law for the protection of the Western ecologic environment, and the ecolgic environmental protection must be practiced by the rule of law. |
