我国农业企业化的模式选择及对策建议

推行农业企业化是我国农村继生产关系改革之后,对生产力进行改革的逻辑必然,是在家庭承包经营制度进一步改革与完善的内在要求及"入世"和农业国际化外在竞争压力下的必然选择,是农业现代化的必然趋势和重要内容,是市场经济发展的必然要求。我国推行农业企业化必须按照两条线索,在三个层面上展开,构建三元结构企业化发展模式,并进行相应政策调整与制度创新。

Selection of Development Models for Agricultural Industrialization in China and Countermeasures

Agricultural industrialization is a necessary step taken to reform the productive force following the reform of productive relations in China's rural areas.It is a choice inherent to the process of further reform and improving the household responsibility system against all the competitions from the outside world after China's entry into WTO.It is also a trend and important content of agricultural modernization as well as a request of market economy.Agricultural industrialization in China must be carried out according to two clues and at three levels so that a trinity-structure agricultural enterprises development model can be constructed with policies adjusted and systems innovated.
