| 摘 要： | 邓小平以人民为本的哲学思想是邓小平理论的重要内容 ,邓小平始终坚持把“人民拥护不拥护”、“人民赞成不赞成”、“人民高兴不高兴”、“人民答应不答应”作为制定各项方针政策的出发点和归宿。邓小平批判地继承了我国传统民本思想的合理部分 ,形成了既带有传统特色 ,又更具当代特色的人民为本思想
