Mr.Hu Jintao put forward the socialist honor and disgrace outlook,which mainly contains the "eight-honor and eight-shame",is guidable and instructive."eight-honor and eight-shame",which concentrates patriotism,collectivism and socialist thoughts,reflects the connection between governing the country by laws and by morals,is a prefect connection of good ancient and modern traditions,and spirits of times.When we study and learn the intension of "eight-honor and eight-shame",we must link it to the present situation of constructing harmonious Hubei,carry forward the good traditions of Hubei,in order to set Hubei as a good example in the construction of the spiritual civilization.
