| 摘 要： | 本文综述了最近十多年来国外人力资本与经济增长关系的文献：理论方面，新一代的经济增长模型试图将人力资本、物质资本、创新的相互作用纳入模型分析，建立人力资本与创新战略性互补模型；实证方面，主要集中在人力资本作用于经济增长的途径，人力资本的外溢作用，人力资本的质量、等级与经济增长关系，人力资本与经济增长的双向作用等方面的实证检验。

| Abstract: | A literature review is made on the overseas studies of the relationship between human capital and economic growth over the past decade. The previous findings show that, theoretically, the interactivities among human capital, physical capital and innovation are usually put under the new model of economic growth to facilitate the es- tablishment of the strategic complimentary model of human capital and innovation. Practically, priorities are given to the test of the function of human capital on economic growth, human capital spillover, the relationship between the quality and rank of human capital and economic growth, and the bidirectional ftmction of human capital and economic growth. |
