教育地产发展中存在的问题及对策

摘    要:教育地产的出现缓解了教育资源供给不足的难题,其经营模式主要有民营自办式、合作办学式、赞助挂靠式三种。教育地产在房地产热点城市发展迅速,但是在发展中遇到了配套学校产权、教学质量、学校生源、收费标准等方面的问题,阻碍了教育地产的健康发展。要解决这些问题,需要政府部门的规划与指导,开发商的科学决策与经营以及学校的认真管理。

Abstract:The emergence of education real estate release the problem that the education resources are in a short supply.Its business model mainly includes three types: private enterprise-self management,cooperative education,sponsor-affiliation.Education real estate developed quickly in large cities,but some problems,like poverty rights,teaching qualities,students' qualities and fees standard,influence and restrict the development of education real estate.Some essential ways to reslove these problems concludes regulation and instruction of government,scientific decision and management of developer and earnest management of schools.
