| 摘 要： | 本文从鸡蛋壳的形成过程、结构及构造 ,蛋壳的物理性状和化学成分以及影响蛋壳质量的因素等方面进行论述 ,通过试验数据对比分析 ,比较全面地评定鸡蛋壳的性状 ,以用于指导生产。

| Abstract: | s:The shaping process, the structure ,the physical characters, the chemical composition of eggshell and the affect factors of eggshell quality were discussed in the paper.Based on the contrast analysis of test data, the characters of eggshell were evaluated comprehensively.The result can be used in guiding production of hen's eggs. |
