工科院校法律类课程的特点及其定位——以《电力法》课程体系设计为例

工科院校的法律类课程应有其自身的特点。根据院校的办学特色、学生的就业去向、社会和工作实践的实际需要对法律类课程进行准确而科学的定位是其课程体系设计的前提。《电力法》作为一门典型的工科专业法律课程,课程设计应体现工科专业学生的技术知识与有关的法律知识相结合的特点。在课程设计中围绕学生专业知识结构,体现实践性的特征是一个重要的教改思路。

The position and characteristics of courses of law in university of engineering——As the example of course plan of electricity law

Courses of law in the university of engineering have its'charactoristics.Based on these characteristics,students'employment in future,and the demand of practice work of society,we fix the accurate and scientific position of law courses,which is the prerequisite of its'course system plan.As a typical law course about engineering,the course plan of electricity law should embody the combination of technologic knowledge on engineering and law.It is an important thinking of teaching reform that we ought to focuson the major knowledge structure and embody it's practice characteristic on process of course plan,this thinking has much sence of researching other law courses about the major of engineering.
