| 摘 要： | 本文以比较优势理论和人才流动规律为依据,指出曹妃甸工业区具有区位、产业、资源和时机优势,增加了对各类人才的吸引力,但同时也存在着重化工业发展的短期效应、国家优惠政策支持力度不够、人才宜居环境尚未形成、人才竞争力弱等不利于人才聚集的制约因素,并从结构与数量两个方面对曹妃甸工业区的人才需求进行了预测。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the theory of comparative advantages and the law of talent flow,this paper points out that Caofeidian industrial zone has the advantages of location,industries,resources and opportunity for attracting all kinds of talents.But at the same time,there are constraint factors which are not beneficial for pooling talents,such as emphasizing the short-term effect of the chemical industry development,the insufficient support of the state preferential policies,the uncomfortable living environment and the poor competitiveness of talents.The demand for talents in Caofeidian industrial zone are pridicted from the two aspects of quality and quantity. |
