| Abstract: | We must have dialectic analysis of the clans in the countryside. On onehand, we should get rid of its conservative, backward, and out-of-date elements; on the other hand, we should keep its positive elements that are valuable and good to the life within the clan so that we can have an effective coordination between the clan powers and modernization in the countryside. |
