新时期高校教师非权力影响力的善用条件探析

摘    要:影响高校教师非权力影响力大小的因素主要来自主观和客观两个方面。提高教师的非权力影响力要从善用教师的社会地位、社会对教师的态度、校园文化等客观条件以及教师自身的素质即树立现代教育观念、拥有精深广博的科学知识、具备高超的教学艺术和为人师表的良好形象等主观条件着手。它们分别是教师非权力影响得到提高的支持性因素和决定性因素。

Abstract:The factors of non-authority influence for college teachers mainly comes from subjective and the objective aspects.the teacher's social position,the society manner to the teacher,the campus culture and so on .The subject condition is the teacher own quality that is to set up the modern education idea,to have the profound and vast scientific knowledge,to have the good image and excellent teaching art.They are the supporting factor and the determining factor ofobtaining teachers' non-authority influence respectively.
