| 摘 要： | 近几年来由于农村经济的迅速发展,处于地下状态的农村民间金融活跃起来,它对农村经济的发展起着促进的作用,但其在发展过程中存在着诸多问题.文章阐述了它发展的现状,分析存在的问题,并提出了完善的对策和建议.
