青少年公民素养研究综述

青少年公民素养的发展已得到政府与学界的高度重视。从概念界定、研究架构与研究方法三方面来看,已有的公民素养研究具有如下特征：对公民素养的界定众说纷纭,但核心内容是公民的权责意识与践行能力;对公民素养进行系统研究的学术成果较少,集中讨论某方面问题的研究成果较多;大量研究成果在理论研究与实证调查方面结合不够紧密。有鉴于此,在理论阐释的基础上建立调研框架,对青少年公民素养开展系统的实证研究,是富有创新性与挑战性的研究方向。

The Civic Literacy of Adolescents:A Research Overview

The government and the academic world have attached great importance to the development of adolescents’ civic literacy.Viewed from the 3 aspects,i.e.concept definition,research framework and methods,the existing study of civic literacy has the following characteristics: Firstly,the definitions of civic literacy vary,but the core contents are citizens’ responsibility consciousness and practical ability;Secondly,the academic achievements of systematic study on civic literacy are much less than those focusing on the discussion of certain aspects;Thirdly,a large amount of achievements in theoretical research are not combined closely enough with empirical investigation.In view of this,it is an innovative and challenging research direction to set up a research framework and carry out the systematic empirical study on the civic literacy of adolescents based on the theoretical interpretation.
