高专学校音乐教育专业毕业生就业问题探讨

当前高专学校音乐教育专业毕业生的就业面临着市场被逐年挤占、失业率逐年增高的巨大压力,究其原因主要是毕业生综合素质不高、就业观念存在误区。高专学校应在大力提高学生综合素质、提升学生就业竞争力的同时,引导学生转变就业观念,分层次、分流就业,以减轻学生的就业压力,实现最大程度的就业。

Nowadays music education graduates in colleges face an enormous pressure in the job market.The main reasons are that the overall quality of graduates is not high,and that there is misunderstanding of the employment concept.Therefore,the overall quality of students should be vigorously improved and the competitiveness of student employment should be enhanced,at the same time,the students should be guided to change their concept of employment,encouraged to find jobs at different levels.So that pressure on students will be alleviated,and students can find jobs to the largest degree.
