| 摘 要： | 随着近50年来人力资本理论的产生与演进,经济学界认识到人力资本在促进经济增长、技术提升和社会进步中的独特作用。借助于经济学界的最新研究成果,文章从法理的角度,分析了人力资本的产权特征,进而阐述了有关人力资本出资的现行法律法规、人力资本的计量和人力资本出资的担保等问题,并为人力资本出资的实现提出参考意见。

| Abstract: | With the emergence and development of the theory of human capital in recent 50 years, the particular role of human capital in the economic development, the promotion of technology and the progress of the society has been recognized by the circle of economics. In view of the latest achievement in economics circle, the article analyzes the characteristic of property rights of human capital from the angle of legal principle. Furthermore, it elaborates about the current law and regulations upon the financial contribution of human capital, the measurement of human capital and the hypothecation about the capital, and some references have been put forward as well to bring the financial contribution of human capital into realization. |
