| 摘 要： | 新自由主义对一个国家的影响并不限于经济金融领域,它还渗透到国家和社会的其他方面。新自由主义灾后重建模式的主要特征是实现了灾后重建由政府主导向市场中心导向的转变。它调动了私营部门的积极性,弥补了政府力量的不足;但同时也导致贫富差距加大,带来了新的社会不公。反思其经验教训,有助于形成和完善中国特色社会主义的灾后重建模式。

| Abstract: | The influence of neoliberalism to one country is not only limited to economic and financial field but also to other fields.The main character of the post-disaster reconstruction model of neoliberalism lies in the transform from government leading to the market.It mobilizes the enthusiasm of the private sector and make up the insufficient of government’s strength;But at the same time,it also leads to increased inequality and brought new social injustice.The reflection on its experience and lessons is helpful to form and perfect post-disaster reconstruction model of socialism with Chinese characteristics |
