西方国家女性外交人员的发展探析

通过探讨西方国家女性外交人员的发展过程及主要问题，可以看到西方国家，特别是英美等西方大国，在其外交实践过程中陆续出现女性外交人员。战争、大国崛起、妇女运动、政党政治，都对女性外交人员的发展起了积极的推动作用，但是婚姻、海外工作的艰苦、对女性的传统歧视，仍是主要制约因素。最近10年来，随着全球化发展和外交活动的进一步活跃，性别平等政策的推进，西方国家进一步重视女性外交人员的培养和发展，并制定了相应的积极措施，这些措施对于我国女性外交人员的培养也具有一定的借鉴意义。

Analysis on the Women in Diplomacy in Western Countries

The paper focused on the development of the women in diplomacy in the westem countries, including the obstacle and the encouragement elements. The wars, the great powers＇rising, party＇s politics and women＇s movement are the positive factors, however, the marriage, unhealthy condition abroad and prejudice against women are the negative factors for the women in diplomacy. These may have some enlightenment for the development of diplomatic women in China.
