| 摘 要： | 在对家政服务需求的研究进行回顾的基础上,基于宁波市城市居民家政服务需求情况的调研,对宁波市城市居民使用家政服务、家政服务消费、家政服务需求及满意度、家政服务的未来需求等情况进行了数据分析。建议从加快专业化程度高的家政服务专业人才培养、提高家政服务职业社会认可度、提高家政服务企业的发展水平等几个方面加快宁波家政服务业的发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the review of research on home service demand and investigation into the demand of residents in Ningbo in this regard, the paper analyzed the data covering the use, consumption, demand, satisfaction and future demand for home service in Ningbo. It is suggested that to speed up the development of the home service industry in Ningbo, efforts should be made to speed up the cultivation of the related professionals, to elevate the social recognition of home service industry and to promote the development of related enterprises. |
